About This Job EmployJoy.ai is a recruiting agency hiring on behalf of our client — a close-knit, locally owned residential cleaning company in Des Planes & Chicago, Illinois , built on hard work, respect, and work-life balance. No professional cleaning experience? No problem — training is fully paid, and you'll start at $18.50/hour after training with a clear path to $24.50. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize residential homes using company-provided supplies and equipment Follow health, safety, and cleaning protocols Communicate clearly with clients and teammates Where You'll Work Homes across the Chicago metro area, including Chicago, Evanston, Oak Park, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Park Ridge, Mount Prospect, Glenview, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Lombard, Hoffman Estates, and nearby communities.
