Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

Assist with packing customers' belongings carefully to prevent damage during transportation or storage. Unpack items efficiently and organize contents in designated areas while maintaining safety protocols. Clean a variety of household items including furniture, clothing, and personal possessions using appropriate cleaning techniques. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and surface scrubbers to ensure thorough cleaning. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following all safety guidelines and protocols. Ensure contents are properly protected and stored during the cleaning process. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including items packed, unpacked, and cleaned. Provide professional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the process.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in content cleaning, packing, or restoration services is preferred. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting furniture and moving boxes safely. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various household items. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums and steam cleaners is desirable. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organization. Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly. Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Pay:

$38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
