Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying floor finishing treatments to preserve flooring quality. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules while maintaining quality standards. Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and coordinating with team members Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards is advantageous. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks as required for moving furniture or equipment. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
