Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our residents and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by adhering to proper cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Support housekeeping management with inventory tracking and reporting on supplies and maintenance needs. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation. Experience with carpet cleaning methods and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
