As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our environment is welcoming, hygienic, and comfortable for all guests and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to our hospitality standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Manage housekeeping inventory by reporting low stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain organization in storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and moving furniture as needed. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous.
