Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of Mall Common area, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment, adhering to safety standards. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain floor care by cleaning carpets, hardwood floors, tiles, and applying appropriate floor cleaning techniques. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or large items while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality. Ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized according to health standards and maintain the overall cleanliness of the residence. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and janitorial tools. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or hotel environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitation. Experience using different types of cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively. Knowledge of manual handling practices for heavy lifting tasks combined with outdoor work experience is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced settings.
