The Opportunity We're looking for experienced residential house cleaners and small cleaning teams who want consistent, high-quality clients in the western suburbs near La Grange, IL on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Part-time or full-time, we have steady work available. This isn't temp work or one-off gigs. We fill your schedule with recurring residential clients who value quality and respect your time. What We Handle (So You Don't Have To) When you partner with Sophia's, we take the business side off your plate: All scheduling, client communication, and billing Pre-screened, high-quality clients in well-kept homes Recurring cleanings (not one-off jobs), so your income stays consistent Professional office support from our team for logistics and client issues You focus on what you do best: delivering quality work and great customer service at the client's home. We handle the rest. What We Offer $28.00 - $34.00 per hour average take-home ($840 - $1,360+ per week at 30-40 hours). Pay includes compensation for drive time and travel between jobs.

Flexible scheduling:

you choose the days and hours you're available. Weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM. No nights. No weekends required.
