Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safe and effective results Clean floors using various methods such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, or heavy items safely during deep cleaning or moving tasks Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and safety protocols are followed Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and other tools efficiently Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of chemicals for safety compliance Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete duties efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical strength for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work experience, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Exceptional client communication skills to understand preferences and deliver outstanding customer service Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where clients feel valued!
