This position is for days only Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to established standards of hygiene and presentation Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and ensuring recycling protocols are followed Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition through proper use and regular upkeep Support team efforts in deep cleaning projects or special event preparations as needed Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwoods Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest room maintenance enhances service quality Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly without sacrificing quality Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Experience in housekeeping management or leading small teams is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your commitment transforms guest spaces into inviting retreats!
