As a Housekeeper at Parkway Manor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community. Your work will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of resident rooms, common areas, and offices. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other laundry items as needed. Remove trash and replace liners in all assigned areas. Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to the supervisor. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used properly. Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as directed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or residential setting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
