Experienced House Cleaner - Flexible Schedule + Consistent Work Nicole's Cleaning Service is growing and looking to add multiple experienced residential cleaners to our team! If you currently clean professionally, have worked for a cleaning company in the past, or have strong professional cleaning experience and know you do great work, we'd love to hear from you. We have consistent work available for cleaners looking for 4-5 days per week, as well as flexible opportunities for those looking for a few days a week, extra jobs, or occasional fill-in work. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , which makes it a great fit for someone who wants flexibility, strong earning potential, and the ability to build a schedule that works for them. Most full schedules begin around 9:00 AM and typically finish between 2:00-5:00 PM , depending on the jobs scheduled that day and how efficiently you work. For part-time cleaners, we can be much more flexible. If you need to be finished by a certain time for kids, another job, school, or other commitments, let us know your availability and we can work around it when scheduling available jobs. We care about quality first , but we also love cleaners who know how to work efficiently without cutting corners. What We're Looking For Previous professional residential cleaning experience Reliable and able to show up on time Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Able to follow a cleaning checklist and client notes Experience with regular, deep, and/or move-in/move-out cleans Good communication Reliable transportation Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Someone who takes pride in their work and leaves clients happy We provide detailed checklists and job information so you know exactly what is expected at each home. Flexible Availability We are looking for cleaners who want: 4-5 days of consistent work Part-time work A few extra cleaning jobs each week Work around another schedule Occasional/on-call opportunities If you currently work for another cleaning company and are looking for more work, better earning potential, more flexibility, or a new opportunity , you are welcome to apply. 1099 Contractor Information As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own: Gas and vehicle expenses Cleaning supplies and equipment Applicable taxes These types of business expenses may be tax deductible depending on your individual situation. We do not currently offer traditional employee benefits such as health insurance or paid time off. In exchange, contractors have greater flexibility with their availability and how much work they want to take on.
