Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Houseman/woman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting within the hotel industry, emphasizing attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Duties Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows and mirrors, disinfecting carpets, and removing trash from guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a professional attitude Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervisory responsibilities is beneficial but not required This role provides an essential service within the hospitality industry, ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional cleanliness standards.
