Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences a spotless, inviting space. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to memorable guest stays and the overall success of our establishment. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, following established standards. Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal in both guest rooms and common areas. Report maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution. Adhere to safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for yourself and guests. Maintain accurate records of rooms cleaned and supplies used throughout your shift. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high cleanliness standards. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
