Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Clean floors using various methods including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to achieve a spotless finish. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or yard tidying when required. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, with familiarity in janitorial or custodial roles preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and detergents used in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tasks such as moving furniture or large items. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Experience in floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care is highly desirable. Prior outdoor work experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various environments.
