Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct outdoor work when required, such as outdoor surface cleaning or trash removal in exterior areas. Maintain organized supplies of cleaning detergents and materials while ensuring proper storage and disposal. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment operation is essential. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
