Duties:

• Clean and tidy all assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways
• Change linens and make beds in guest rooms
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow all health and safety regulations ```

Skills:

• Hospitality:

  Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay

• Hotel:

  Familiarity with hotel operations and standards
• Housekeeping management: Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet cleaning schedules
• Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and floor polishing

• Custodial:

  Experience in maintaining cleanliness in commercial or residential buildings
• Industrial cleaning: Understanding of specialized cleaning methods for industrial environments

Note:

Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn.
