Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
