Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when required, ensuring safety and efficiency Maintain high standards of hospitality by attending promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services Conduct routine janitorial inspections to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas Assist with housekeeping management tasks by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning procedures Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and standards in a hospitality setting Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're passionate about creating immaculate environments that leave lasting impressions!
