Naturally Maid Cleaning is looking for experienced, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our team in the northwest, north, west and southwest suburbs of Chicago. This is an independent contractor (IC) role, offering you the freedom to set your own schedule and service areas while we handle client bookings. Independent Contractor Role :

Set your own schedule and choose your service areas. Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment. You're responsible for liability insurance (General Liability required) WE provide the business for you What We're Looking For Experience (required) : Minimum of 3+ years of residential cleaning experience.

Professionalism :

Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Communication:

Need great communication skills-text/call/ respond quickly.

Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Smartphone for communication and scheduling. Comfortable with time-based cleans, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing quality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleanings of homes to meet high sanitation standards and exceed client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members (English required).
