Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will help create memorable stays for our guests, contributing to the overall excellence of our hotel operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, elevators, and lobbies by sweeping, mopping, and dusting Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing when required Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Adhere to hotel policies regarding security and confidentiality of guest information Experience Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting is advantageous Join us as a Room Attendant and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
