Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, or commercial areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and kitchens by executing routine janitorial tasks. Conduct detailed floor care procedures like carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to ensure a pristine appearance. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety for guests and staff alike. Assist with basic cooking or food service tasks when required to support hospitality functions. Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries with a friendly attitude. Uphold hotel or residential standards by adhering to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in hospitality, residential cleaning, or commercial settings is preferred but not nececarry. Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols ensures efficient and compliant operations. Previous roles involving customer service in hotel or residential environments showcase your ability to connect positively with guests or residents. Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment like vacuums, carpet extractors, and floor polishers is preferred. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards combined with strong attention to detail will help you excel in this energetic role.
