Factory Cleaning

Overview:

The ideal candidate must be okay with cleaning in steel factory settings. Must be able to to physical cleaning for 4 hours cleaning break rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, offices and more. Weekly cash bonuses, longevity cash bonus, paid Holiday's, drinks and snacks provided, paid weekly. Hours are 7pm-11pm Monday through Friday Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices and break rooms out located in the factory, including toilets, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle various cleaning tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, kitchens, offices. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of quality and safety. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe. Must get along and communicate with other employees on the team. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established protocols for safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
