Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and other specialized techniques Manage sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or supplies safely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with cleaning services Manage housekeeping schedules and coordinate outdoor work when necessary to maintain exterior spaces Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Experience with laundry operations and custodial duties preferred Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is a plus Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks over extended periods Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where residents or guests feel valued!
