Job Summary New to Winfield! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Cleaner to join our new team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various residential spaces in NWI. Your proactive approach will ensure that our environments are safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained! This position offers a flexible schedule perfect for individuals eager to contribute to a clean and organized setting. Duties Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle tasks including trash removal, dusting, and disinfecting kitchen & bath surfaces Disinfectant and sanitize toilets, tubs and showers Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment Qualifications Prior cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces!
