This role is perfect for experienced custodial professionals who thrive in leadership positions and are passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness standards. As a senior member of our cleaning crew, you will oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet our high-quality expectations. Your expertise will help create comfortable spaces that promote health, safety, and satisfaction for everyone who enters. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure efficient completion of daily cleaning duties Develop and implement cleaning schedules for different areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Perform advanced cleaning tasks such as deep sanitation, carpet extraction, window washing, and laundry services when needed Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate replenishment as necessary Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded Manage reporting of maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate departments promptly Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Supervising or leadership experience in a cleaning or janitorial environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with other departments Experience with laundry services and specialized cleaning equipment is a plus Prior hotel or healthcare facility experience is advantageous but not required Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in cleanliness!
