Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Live-in Housekeeper to provide exceptional cleaning, household management, and personal assistance within a private residence. This role offers the unique opportunity to live on-site, ensuring the home remains spotless, organized, and welcoming at all times. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a comfortable living environment through expert cleaning, cooking, and customer service skills. Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain a pristine environment Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to household preferences and dietary needs Maintain high standards of sanitation across all areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating household needs and addressing them promptly Oversee custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the residence Assist with house management duties including scheduling maintenance appointments and coordinating household vendors Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Strong skills in cooking, laundry, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of custodial procedures and housekeeper management techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Flexibility to live on-site full-time in a private residence with a positive attitude towards household responsibilities Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful living spaces while delivering outstanding service.
