Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, outdoor work, and moving furniture or supplies safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as required Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with skill and safety awareness Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, floors, countertops, and outdoor areas Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and equipment operation for optimal results Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling protocols Exceptional customer service skills with clear client communication abilities Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces effectively Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes by bringing your passion for cleanliness and service excellence!
