We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeper who enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests. In this role, you'll help ensure our property is spotless, organized, and guest-ready while contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards, including: Making beds with care Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Vacuuming, dusting, and mopping Laundry and linen care Keep indoor and outdoor common areas clean and inviting, including the porch, parking lot, and other exterior spaces. Help maintain an organized housekeeping system while using cleaning supplies efficiently and responsibly. Work with the team to complete daily tasks on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Assist in providing excellent guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests. Support management with basic documentation or other operational tasks as needed. Follow company procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently after training. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to accept feedback and follow directions with a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds , bend, climb stairs, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
