Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness and environmental safety. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are sanitized and maintained to meet health and safety regulations Follow established protocols for waste disposal and environmental services to promote sanitation and sustainability Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, or carpet cleaning as needed Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Utilize janitorial experience and custodial skills to deliver consistent quality in every task performed Maintain and help in the laundry room and make sure that the supply closets are properly stocked Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospital or healthcare environments is a plus Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to cleaning and sanitation practices Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers or extractors is advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform environmental services efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a pristine environment where health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities.
