In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across residential or hospitality spaces. Your dedication to exceptional service and attention to detail will ensure that every space meets high standards of hygiene and comfort. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing detailed carpet cleaning as needed. Sanitize surfaces regularly to uphold health standards, including disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure readiness for daily tasks. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, coordinating schedules or training new team members. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus; certifications in housecleaning or custodial services are advantageous. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is desirable but not required.
