Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Handle carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of all surfaces. Assist with light cooking duties when required, ensuring meals are prepared according to specified guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and sanitation standards. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
