Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and safety regulations. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly to ensure optimal results while maintaining safety protocols. Manage floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and maintenance of different flooring types. Maintain clear communication with clients or residents to understand specific needs and preferences. Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours while ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on client communication and satisfaction. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, carpet cleaning tools, and janitorial supplies. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings requiring outdoor work experience or custodial expertise.
