Job Description
About us Med-Clean Services, a family owned and operated company, provides medical and commercial cleaning services for the Evansville tri-state area. Part time in the evenings, starting at 5PM.
- We clean medical areas that close at 5PM, no patient areas Position is located at Deaconess Gateway and surrounding the campus OR cleaning preferred Can work with a team or solo Monday-Friday Weekends are an option as well No experience required No felonies Must be over 18+ Can build to full-time hours Same location and area every night Eligible for a raise after 90 days based upon job performance Uniforms provided Life and Supplemental Insurance after 1 year of employment Internal career opportunities Local family & veteran owned company since 1974
Physical Requirements:
This position demands good physical and mental health. The housekeeper will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and work a flexible schedule, must be able to move continuously during work hours and able to lift and/or carry 15 to 35 pounds.Duties:
- Operate various cleaning equipment
- Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and tidy
- Dust and polish furniture, equipment, light fixtures, windowsills, etc.
- Empty trash containers daily
- Re-stock supplies (such as paper towels and toilet paper)
- Wet mop floors in all exam rooms and bathrooms daily. Damp mop all corridor floors, lobby, dining areas, and others daily.
- Clean basins, mirrors, and commodes daily
- Check all vacant rooms daily to keep up to qualifications
