Overview The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping / janitorial duties and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community. Responsibilities Regularly clean floors, walls, hallways, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms. Maintain laundry center facilities including cleaning of dryer vents. Clean amenity areas including pool deck and equipment, fitness center and equipment, kitchens, clubroom, etc. Assist in cleaning vacant apartments as needed. Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs. Assist with snow removal. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Demonstrated housekeeping / janitorial or maintenance ability or experience desirable. Able to work overtime and emergency call in. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in the state of residency. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
