Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results Maintain high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate with clients or site managers to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests Complete cleaning checklists and documentation to track completed tasks and report any maintenance issues Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of supply needs Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, tools, and products is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift This role is perfect for energetic individuals who take pride in creating clean, safe spaces.
