Professional Residential House Cleaner (Independent Contractor) Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Co. is looking for dependable, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our growing team. This position will start very part-time as we continue to build our client base, making it a great opportunity for cleaners looking to add extra income or fill openings in their current schedule. As the company grows, additional cleaning opportunities and hours will become available. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to accept cleaning assignments based on your availability. Contractors are responsible for providing their own reliable transportation, cleaning supplies, equipment, and any other tools needed to complete each job. This position is ideal for experienced cleaners who already work independently or are looking to grow their client base while partnering with a professional cleaning company. Perform residential standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work at every appointment. Communicate professionally with clients and management. Arrive on time and ready to work. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Requirements Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience preferred. Reliable transportation is required. Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to provide references. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks. Excellent attention to detail. Strong time management skills. Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated. Authorized to work in the United States.
