Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Assist with custodial tasks in hotel including trash removal and restocking supplies as needed. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or similar roles is a plus. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation.
