Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic space for guests or residents. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is highly valued. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Adhere to established schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks Assist with additional janitorial or custodial duties as required within the facility Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and reliability Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is a plus Experience managing housekeeping operations or supervising staff is advantageous Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management This position requires a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards while ensuring safety and efficiency.
