Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of surfaces. Sanitate all surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns. Carry out custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the space. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items. Familiarity with custodial duties such as floor care and sanitization practices is a plus.
