Job Description:

We specialize primarily in deep residential cleaning — not surface-level tidying. You'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing homes to our company's high standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, walls, appliances, and detailed organizing when needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed deep cleaning of residential homes Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members Arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared with reliable transportation Report any issues, damages, or client concerns promptly

Requirements:

Verifiable residential cleaning experience is required — no exceptions Experience specifically in deep cleaning (not just maintenance or commercial) Must pass a background check and drug screen Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time seasonal position (typically 10-20 hours per week) Opportunity to transition to full-time after January 1 Competitive pay based on experience
