Job Description

Pay:
From $13.24 per hour Job description: Keep Prairie View Sparkling Our campus is a professional environment, and we need someone detail-oriented to keep it that way. We're hiring a Custodian to join our weekday team. What to
Expect:
Reliability:
A consistent 8 AM - 4 PM shift, Monday through Friday.
Ownership:
You'll be responsible for the daily "look and feel" of the campus, from pristine floors to spotless restrooms.
Process:
We provide written procedures to follow so you always know exactly what needs to be done.
Collaboration:
You'll be part of a supportive crew that stays in sync through professional, helpful communication.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Education:
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. If you have 6 months of housekeeping experience, that's a big plus!
Communication:
You should be comfortable speaking and writing clearly, following instructions, and reading safety manuals (SDS) to keep yourself and others safe.
Work Style:
We need someone who can work independently and use cleaning chemicals responsibly. Being courteous and professional with our coworkers and guests is a must.
Physical Ability:
This is an active role! You'll need to be able to stand/walk for 2 hours at a time, lift at least 30 lbs, and handle the physical nature of the job (bending, reaching, using ladders, and equipment).
Requirements:
A Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) background screen is required for this role.
