In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and appearance Handle janitorial tasks efficiently using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Follow established protocols for waste disposal and linen management to uphold hygiene standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control and adhering to cleaning schedules Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods and floor care procedures Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence is advantageous Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies ensures efficient task completion Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles can be beneficial but is not required Join us in creating memorable stays by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
