Job Description
Position Overview Dodson International Parts Inc. is a leading distributor of high-quality aircraft components. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and professional appearance of both our corporate offices and general facility areas. A clean environment is critical to our operational efficiency and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, conference rooms, and hallways daily.Sanitation:
Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and employee breakrooms.Waste Management:
Empty all trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.Inventory Control:
Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when reordering is necessary. Qualifications & RequirementsExperience:
Previous experience in commercial housekeeping, is preferred.Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, and safely lift up to 20 pounds.Dependability:
Consistent punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Transportation:
Must have access to reliable and dependable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.- Attention to

Meticulous standards for cleanliness and organization.Background Screening:
