Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of floor care, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs Handle laundry duties as required, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for resolution Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required This position provides an essential service that contributes directly to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
