Full-Time Housekeeping Staff

Altenhofen Inn & Suites in Seneca, Kansas, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Housekeeper. Hours will be between 30-40 per week from 9am-5pm, with some flexibility. We're looking for self-starters with good attitudes who work well in a team environment. On the job training will be provided. Starting pay will be dependent upon experience.

Duties:

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Perform carpet cleaning and spot treatment as needed
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Note:

Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning, as well as housekeeping management experience, is a plus.
