We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and other linens. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Dust furniture, fixtures, lamps, televisions, and other surfaces. Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop floors. Remove trash and replace trash liners. Replenish towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest-room amenities. Check rooms for missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items. Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department. Report lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures. Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in a clean and organized condition. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond professionally and courteously to reasonable guest requests. Maintain guest privacy and security at all times. Follow hotel safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Assist with cleaning common areas or other housekeeping duties when needed. Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards. Skills Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Positive and professional attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and guests.
