Housekeeper

The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and other hotel areas, following established standards and procedures Change bedding and towels, replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used properly and stored safely Work with the front desk staff to accommodate guest requests and address any concerns promptly Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security standards Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good time management and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy objects Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other staff members Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
