HOUSEKEEPER, HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR ON DUTY AND/OR GENERAL MANAGER LOCATION

Hampton Inn & Suites-Hopkinsville, KY PURPOSE:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, public vending areas, and assist room attendants to maintain Hampton Inn & Suites-Hopkinsville, KY exacting standards of quality.

RESPONSIBLITIES

 Ensure complete guest satisfaction.  Ensure complete guest safety.  Must work alongside other team members in harmony.  Must be friendly, helpful, and well-groomed and dressed to standards always complete with name tag as stated in the employee handbook and Hampton Inn & Suites-Hopkinsville, KY Brand Standards.  Make a great first impression  Always keep a positive attitude and greet guests with a smile at every point of contact.  Follow all safety guidelines.  Uses proper chemical handling procedures to include assurance of appropriate label on every chemical dispenser.  Responsible for thoroughly cleaning public restrooms sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, dividers, vents, and or/floors with cleaning agents by extending arms over head to reach all above areas.  Responsible for thoroughly dusting and moving all furniture, pictures, and shelves extending arms over head, bending, and stooping as needed.  Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and polishing all metal surfaces, base molding, and light fixtures applying pressure in repeated motion.  Responsible for cleaning the market area, assuring all areas are dust free and well organized.  Responsible for cleaning business center, stocking all business center supplies to include printer paper and proper working condition of all equipment and fixtures.  Responsible for cleaning guest fitness center, stocking of all supplies and replacement of guest water in cooler, stocking of towels, and verifying proper working condition of all fitness center equipment.  Responsible for cleaning and removing spots from corridor walls and doors. Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers beside guest doors, and elevator doors.
