Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently to deliver exceptional service. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing enhances your effectiveness in this role. Experience working within the hospitality industry demonstrates your understanding of guest service standards. Strong background in cleaning methods combined with custodial experience ensures thoroughness and efficiency.
