Commercial Cleaner Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday•Friday, 7:45 AM•5:30 PM (End time varies based on traffic and job completion)

Pay:

$39,000•$42,000 per year (Full-Time) + Lucrative Individual Tips ($140/week average) + Weekly Attendance Bonus We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for full-time cleaning positions. Compensation & Perks:

Strong Earnings:

Full-time team members earn between $39,000 and $42,000 annually.

Lucrative Tips:

Eligible after completing 90 days of paid training (tips go directly to the individual cleaner and average about $140 per week).

Attendance Bonus:

Additional compensation awarded every week you complete your full Monday-Friday work schedule.

Mileage Reimbursement:

Paid mileage for your week of driving.

Advancement Opportunities:

Clear pathways to promote into Trainer, Inspector, or Lead roles.

Additional Shifts:

Evening commercial cleaning positions are also currently available.

Job Requirements:

Availability:

Must be strictly available Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

Note:

We cannot accommodate fixed afternoon departures such as daycare pickups or babysitter hand-offs.

Background Check:

Must pass a comprehensive background check with a completely clean criminal record (no exceptions, regardless of how far back).

Transportation & Insurance:

Must have your own reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and a valid driver's license to travel independently between job sites.

Language:

Must be able to speak and understand English clearly.

Education:
